Registered Nurse Float Team

$15,000 Bonus eligible

In addition to the standard differential pay, you are entitled to a 10% premium differential for all hours worked while on orientation. Upon successful completion of orientation, you premium differential rate will be bumped up to 40%.

Who We Are:

As a nurse at Elliot Hospital, you have many options to practice throughout our 296-bed acute care facility. The RN Float Team provides care across all inpatient nursing departments for adult and pediatric patients. Our state-of-the-art units provide a wide array of equipment, and patient acuity depending on a nurse's professional interests, certifications, and experience level.

About the Job:

The RN Float Team Registered Nurse delivers care to patients and families with needs ranging from basic to complex utilizing the nursing process. Creates a therapeutic and caring environment for patient and families. Practices in a manner consistent with the Elliot Hospital Interprofessional Practice model; the ANA's Social Policy Statement, Scope and Standards of Practice, and the Nursing Code of Ethics; and relevant specialty standards of practice.

Who You Are:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
  • Current New Hampshire, compact, or multistate licensure as Registered Nurse required.
  • Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment. ACLS preferred.
