Candidates must have at least a Masters degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages or a related field and at least two years of professional experience working as a teacher within the field of education. Must have at least two years of experience developing and implementing a range of instructional, management, and assessment strategies to meet the different needs of students. Must have at least two years of experience creating whole unit and daily lesson plans in accordance with curriculum guidelines. Must have at least two years of experience providing direct services to students who are English Language Learners through targeted small group instruction.
