Electrophysiology Registered Nurse

Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking an Electrophysiology Registered Nurse to join their team. As an Electrophysiology Registered Nurse, you will be part of the cardiovascular care team supporting patients with Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices (CIEDs). The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to patient-centered care which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Electrophysiology Registered Nurse Location: Lady Lake, FL Pay Range: Competitive (DOE) What's the Job?
•  Manage and coordinate care for patients with CIEDs, including pacemakers and ICDs.
•  Collaborate with the Electrophysiology team, Interventional Cardiologists, and other clinical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
•  Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding cardiovascular health and device management.
•  Evaluate and enhance clinical practices in collaboration with referring providers and staff.
•  Lead multidisciplinary team efforts in the development and execution of cardiovascular care programs. What's Needed?
•  Current RN licensure and relevant certifications in cardiovascular nursing.
•  Strong knowledge of cardiovascular care and advanced heart diseases.
•  Experience in patient education and care coordination.
•  Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
