Electronics Technician with Security Clearance

Responsibilities Researches, designs, develops, and tests a variety of electronic equipment and systems, including radar and radiation detection equipment; radio, television and other communications equipment and systems; circuitry components; analog and digital computers; and control and test equipment.
Designs, develops, and tests electronic systems, components, or circuits for use within equipment or machinery.
Evaluates operational systems and recommends design modifications to eliminate causes of malfunctions or changes in system requirements.
Develops new applications of conductive properties of metallic and nonmetallic materials used in components, and in application of components to products or systems.
May use computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform assignments.
Contributes to the analysis and characterization of the systems including system error analysis, failure mode analysis, and cost analysis.
Designs test control apparatus and equipment, determines procedures for testing products, and directs engineering personnel in fabrication of test control apparatus and equipment. Qualifications Top Secret Clearance
Associate's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field, or equivalent.
2-5 years of hands-on experience with test systems, including hardware setup, software configuration, and troubleshooting.
2-5 years experience with electronics.
Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) electronics and equipment.
