Position Highlights


• Title: Crimp Technician / Supervisor


• Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire


Background Requirements


• Terminal Crimping Experience: Hands-on experience with terminal crimping equipment and processes.


• Onsite Availability: Must be able to work onsite in Rochester, MI, five days per week.


• Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (TN Visa may be considered).


Job Responsibilities


• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot terminal crimping equipment.


• Ensure quality and consistency of crimped terminals per customer/internal specifications.


• Support and supervise technicians on crimping methods and standards.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process issues.


• Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement.
