Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Location: San Leandro, CA (100% Onsite)

Schedule: 9/80 (Every other Friday off.)

What You'll Do:

  • Assemble small antennas and subassemblies using blueprints and operation sheets
  • Solder, wire, and handle small complex components with precision
  • Work under a microscope for extended periods
  • Collaborate with QA and test teams to ensure quality standards
  • Perform rework and repairs when needed
  • Follow safety procedures and wear PPE when required

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stoop, bend, lift up to 30 lbs, and work with small parts using fine motor skills. Exposure to chemicals, dust, and mechanical equipment is possible.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma and 7-9 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience
  • Ability to read moderately complex blueprints and operation sheets
  • Skilled in soldering and identifying electronic components
  • Familiarity with calipers, measuring tools, and basic formulas
  • Able to pass IPC J-STD-001 certification
  • Eligibility to obtain a Security Clearance (if required)
