Electromechanical Technician

3rd shift Electromechanical Technician - $25-$31/hour Based on Experience We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Technician to join our team in La Crosse. In this role, you will be responsible for performing light-duty construction of automation systems, vision units, and small electronic controller units such as Arduino and PLC. You will collaborate with the development team to provide design input for improving existing equipment and building new solutions. Key Responsibilities:
•   Assist in the construction of automation, vision systems, and small electronic controllers (Arduino, PLC, etc.)
•   Work closely with the production team to demonstrate, diagnose, and implement both new and existing automation equipment
•   Provide customer support for end-users of automation equipment, applications, and platforms via phone, in-person, and written communication
•   Participate in planning, design, and needs analysis to improve equipment and systems
•   Troubleshoot hardware and provide effective solutions for technical challenges Qualifications:
•   Associate degree in Electro-mechanical, Robotics, Mechatronics, Pneumatic and Motion Control Systems, or a related field is preferred
•   Minimum of one year of experience in hardware construction, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automation equipment
•   Strong problem-solving and communication skills
•   Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Compensation:
