Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking an Electromechanical Technician for a global leading company near Fostoria, OH. This is a day shift position, 12 hours shifts on a 223 schedule with a great company. - Ensure all equipment and tools are maintained properly to avoid interruption of production and to minimize unnecessary downtime.
- Analyze machine downtime to identify and correct mechanical problems.
- Maintain maintenance-related records
- Read, perform, and write work orders
- Coordinate with outside contractors on equipment repairs as needed
- Contribute to ongoing improvements
- Ensure the availability of replacement parts for key manufacturing equipment to minimize unnecessary machine downtime.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience - Experience with electrical and mechanical
- PLC Troubleshooting experience is a must (Siemens experience is a plus)
- Effective communication skills
- Experience with heavy machinery a plus
