We are currently hiring for the position of Electrode Assembler. This role involves assembling ECG and related electrodes used in critical medical settings. Essential Functions
Organize and prepare materials for electrode assembly
Perform manual and semi-automated assembly processes
Maintain quality control throughout all stages of production
Identify and troubleshoot minor assembly issues
Assist in training new team members
Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Group Leader or Supervisor
Education and Experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong manual dexterity and familiarity with hand tools
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
Must pass a background check - clean background required
