Job Description:
- Looking for electro-mechanical assembly skill and troubleshoot issues.
Responsibilities:
- Perform set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of mechanical assemblies at system level.
- Determine and may develop methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings, and diagrams.
- Test and troubleshoot assemblies and/or final systems, and complete rework on assemblies and/or systems because of testing.
- Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.
- May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.
- Work on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
- Perform ongoing daily work with minimal instruction, and with general instructions on newly introduced assignments.
- May provide work assignment direction and technical training to peers.
- You have hands-on experience in electro-mechanical assembly, testing, troubleshooting and repair.
- Ability to work in a clean room environment is required.
- Must have experience with systems development and testing, including formulating system level requirements, test specifications and test results.
- Hands on experience using Oscilloscopes and DVM analysis tools and equipment is preferred.
- Able to use and manipulate a variety of fine adjustment hand tools, torque wrenches and callipers.
Experience:
- Perform set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of mechanical assemblies at system level.
- Must have hands-on experience in electro-mechanical assembly, testing, troubleshooting and repair.
- Must have prior hands-on experience testing digital and/or analog components and systems.
- Hands on experience using Oscilloscopes and DVM analysis tools.
- Must be able to use and manipulate a variety of fine adjustment hand tools, torque wrenches and callipers.
- Ability to work in a clean room environment is required.
Skills:
- Electro-mechanical Assembly
- LabView, Linux and MS Office suite software knowledge.
- Oscilloscope experience
- Fine adjustment hand tools, torque wrenches and callipers.
Education:
- BS in EE, understand basic electronic circuitry, be able to troubleshoot to component level
