Job Description:

  • Looking for electro-mechanical assembly skill and troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of mechanical assemblies at system level.
  • Determine and may develop methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings, and diagrams.
  • Test and troubleshoot assemblies and/or final systems, and complete rework on assemblies and/or systems because of testing.
  • Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.
  • May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.
  • Work on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
  • Perform ongoing daily work with minimal instruction, and with general instructions on newly introduced assignments.
  • May provide work assignment direction and technical training to peers.
  • You have hands-on experience in electro-mechanical assembly, testing, troubleshooting and repair.
  • Ability to work in a clean room environment is required.
  • Must have experience with systems development and testing, including formulating system level requirements, test specifications and test results.
  • Hands on experience using Oscilloscopes and DVM analysis tools and equipment is preferred.
  • Able to use and manipulate a variety of fine adjustment hand tools, torque wrenches and callipers.

Experience:

  • Perform set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of mechanical assemblies at system level.
  • Must have hands-on experience in electro-mechanical assembly, testing, troubleshooting and repair.
  • Must have prior hands-on experience testing digital and/or analog components and systems.
  • Hands on experience using Oscilloscopes and DVM analysis tools.
  • Must be able to use and manipulate a variety of fine adjustment hand tools, torque wrenches and callipers.
  • Ability to work in a clean room environment is required.

Skills:

  • Electro-mechanical Assembly
  • LabView, Linux and MS Office suite software knowledge.
  • Oscilloscope experience
  • Fine adjustment hand tools, torque wrenches and callipers.

Education:

  • BS in EE, understand basic electronic circuitry, be able to troubleshoot to component level
