Electrical Supervisor or Lead Electrical Engineer or Lead Shift Engineer.

Platinum Facilities, we're a leading player in the Facilities Management industry, specialising in delivering top-notch maintenance and management services to our esteemed clients. As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Supervisor/Lead Electrical Engineer to join our growing team.

The Role:

Working within a prestigious, well managed serviced office building, main responsibilities will include, managing all PPM and Reactive M&E activity on site. Manage Health and Safety and Compliance for the site. Manage Sub-contractors. Lead/Supervise one other site-based engineer in support of the above activities.

The working pattern will be Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week from 07:00am-16:00pm and 08:00am-17:00pm(Overtime available)

This is a 'working Supervisor / Lead Engineer position'.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Execute PPM and Reactive works on Emergency Lighting, Switchgear, AHU's, FCU's, and more.
  • Electrical maintenance on equipment, plant, and assets.
  • Conduct fault finding, inspection and rectification (Electrical).
  • Contribute to the call-out Rota (1 in 4) with additional payments.
  • Lead all sub-contractors & direct engineering staff.
  • Document control through reporting and logs (electronic & paper).

Qualifications/Required experience:

  • Level 3 Electrical C&G/NVQ or equivalent - Essential.
  • 3-5 years of FM/Building services experience - Essential.
  • Document control, reporting, and logs.
  • Client interaction/client-facing experience/skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
