About the Role:
BNW Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent for a union contractor in San Antonio, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare projects, proven job stability, and the ability to lead field teams effectively. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all on-site electrical construction activities on healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Manage union electrical crews, subcontractors, and field operations to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain smooth project execution and resolve any field issues.
Enforce OSHA and company safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and progress reporting to ensure compliance with contract documents.
Work closely with procurement and scheduling teams to maintain project efficiency.
Ensure proper documentation of field changes, RFIs, and material/equipment usage.
Mentor and train field personnel, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent on large-scale commercial projects (healthcare experience required).
Strong knowledge of NEC codes, electrical systems, and construction safety regulations.
Ability to manage union field crews and work within union contractor environments.
Job stability - strong track record of long-term employment with previous companies.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and project specifications.
Must be OK working with a union contractor.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
