Pay: $100,000 - $120,000 per year + yearly bonus + one week of free pay in September. Profit sharing up to 3% of salary.

Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead larger electrical projects. This position involves managing both the financial and operational aspects of projects while ensuring that quality and deadlines are maintained. The Project Manager will work with various stakeholders, including field managers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules for projects.
  • Manage subcontractor quotes, material procurement, and ensure adherence to budgets.
  • Regularly inspect job sites for quality control and address potential issues proactively.
  • Oversee financial performance, including contract review, cost tracking, and change order management.
  • Collaborate with project teams, vendors, customers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
  • Maintain all project documentation and coordinate job submittals and closeout procedures.
  • Lead project meetings, including handoffs, kickoffs, and post-job reviews.
  • Promote and enforce safety practices and document any violations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction, manufacturing, or electrical industries.
  • High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree a plus).
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam or Foundation Software is a plus.

Additional Details:

  • Employment Type: Direct Hire
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)
