Electrical Project Engineer

Salary Range: $65K - $80K+ Permanent Position with Benefits. Alliance area manufacturer seeks an Industrial Controls Project Manager / Manufacturing Engineer who has previous experience working with and determining the equipment specifications to meet the needs of our client environment. REQUIREMENTS: Associate or Bachelor's degree or Technical School Diploma Candidate must have direct experience working with clients to design & develop specialized Industrial Control Systems. Panel design and build using AutoCAD Electrical Candidate must be capable of working with salespeople to develop quotes, take Client proposals / design drawings, evaluate proposed design, create and revise electrical schematics. Once the design is approved you will develop a bills of materials list, provide material and manufacturing cost estimates, obtain competitive bids, order materials / components by creating purchase orders, work with shop floor personnel to ensure that the build is on schedule and that it meets client specifications Candidate must have a solid understanding of Electrical /Electronic Local, State and Federal Codes. The Preferred Candidate will have PLC Programming, HMI Interface, Relays and Servo-Controls experience along with the ability to start-up, test and troubleshoot Industrial Control Systems utilizing voltmeters, ammeters and oscilloscopes Candidate must be able to Travel as required to customer facilities to perform data collection, troubleshooting, and commissioning of equipment.
