Job Details

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and industrial machinery including motors, control panels, PLCs, sensors, and wiring.

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in production and facility equipment.

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on electrical systems.

Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.

Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to support facility upgrades and new equipment installations.

Adhere to local and national electrical codes, as well as company safety protocols and procedures.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.

Support root cause analysis for equipment failures and suggest long-term solutions.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; completion of an electrical apprenticeship program or technical certification preferred.

3+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.

Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems (480V, 3-phase, motor controls).

Proficient in the use of testing and diagnostic equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).

Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and automation systems is a strong plus.

Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and NFPA 70E guidelines.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
