The Role:
As a Mobile Electrical / Building Services Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining premium commercial sites across West and North West London. Your day-to-day will include:

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) and reactive works on Electrical & HVAC systems

Fault finding and repairs (e.g. UPS checks, lighting repairs, BMS tweaks)

Conducting site inspections and reports

Lamp/ballast replacements and basic mechanical works like filter changes

What We re Looking For:

Proven experience in commercial building services maintenance

NVQ Level 2/3 in Electrical Installation & 18th Edition qualified

Confident with Electrical/HVAC systems

Presentable, professional, and client-facing

Based in or near West/North West London or Middx

- Salary: £45,000+
- Overtime: Time & a half and double time
- 25 days holiday (increases to a maximum 30 with service, + 8 bank holidays, additional Holiday for Birthday
