A leading player in the industry is currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team, covering a large commercial properties in Liverpool.
The Role As the Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you ll play a crucial role in the following:
- Covering a large commercial property, providing ppm and reactive maintenance.
- Working on a Mon Fri basis (Flexible) 8am-4pm
- Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of Electrical building equipment, Fire Alarms, Emergency Lights, Switches, Sockets, Fuse Boards.
- General maintenance duties as and when required AHU's, FCU's, basic Fabric FM.
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in the role of Electrical Improver, you ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:
- You will hold Electrical C&G s or NVQ Level 2/3 (Essential), AM2 (Essential), 18th Edition (Essential).
- At least 4+ Years experience as a fully fledged Engineer.
- Strong communication skills.
- Can do attitude, willing to be flexible and learn more skills and grow within the company into senior roles.
