Summary
The Electrical Engineering Co-op will work January 2025 - June 2025 onsite at our Lockport, NY office. This position will support the development and fabrication of electronic devices and supporting hardware / wire harnesses.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Create Electrical / Electronic Schematics
- Create PCB designs
- Package / build electronic devices, test stands and related hardware
- Design / build electrical wire harnesses
- Assist in the maintenance of parts crib inventory
- Support testing / debugging activities
Qualifications
- Previous internship not necessary but a plus
- Extra-curricular engineering clubs or hobbies are a plus
- Circuit Design knowledge a plus
- Schematic Capture knowledge a plus
- PCB Design knowledge a plus
- Packaging knowledge a plus
- Electronics Hardware Building (soldering, fabrication, etc.) knowledge a plus
- Wire Harness Fabrication knowledge a plus
- Use of laboratory equipment (ex. scopes, meters)
