Electrical Engineer requirement(s) for a mid-to-large sized National MEP Design Firms who looks to do interesting, challenging, one-off projects as much as possible and are succeeding in winning this work. Now they need to increase headcount to service these projects.
Their expertise is sports-related across the nation with the NYC office doing a lot of assembly-type buildings across the nation as well (including The Sphere in Las Vegas, Museums & Zoos) and keeping busy with local Office/Commercial upgrades and some Education work in-between the big ticket projects.
Promotional structure is very horizontal. If you have the talent to manage people, projects and clients, basically the exec level is the only thing not in reach for everyone. You can certainly hit principal here
Ideally 4-5 days in office for mid level candidates, 3 days for senior.
