INFINITEK are supporting a major personal product manufacturer in their search for a Manufacturing Electrical Engineer to oversee electrical systems and drive innovation in energy management at their state-of-the-art facility. Key Responsibilities of an Senior Electrical Engineer

  • Manage the design, specification, and installation of electrical equipment, including transformers, switchgear, MCCs, motors, and controls.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for power distribution and lockout processes.
  • Maintain and improve the plant's electrical infrastructure by collaborating with maintenance teams.
  • Spearhead plant upgrades and new equipment installations.
  • Coordinate design, specification, and installation of mechanical systems such as conveyors and pumps.
  • Monitor project costs, schedules, and deliver timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Supervise equipment commissioning and construction activities.
  • Lead energy savings initiatives and collaborate with the local electrical power provider.
  • Work with maintenance and operations teams to enhance equipment performance and ensure plant efficiency.

Qualification Requirements to be a Senior Electrical Engineer

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or an associate's degree in engineering technology.

Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing, with a focus on building automation and energy control systems, commissioning and energy-saving initiatives and PLCs and instrumentation (preferred).


Skill Requirements for Senior Electrical Engineer:

Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

Familiarity with energy management program development.
