Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and equipment used in aluminum processing and manufacturing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to minimize production downtime and increase system uptime.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs and support continuous improvement in equipment reliability.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, automation, and production teams to align electrical systems with operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, codes, and internal standards.
  • Participate in capital projects, electrical upgrades, and modernization efforts.
  • Support integration of motor controls, power distribution, PLCs, and instrumentation systems.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a heavy manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge in power distribution, motor controls, PLC programming, and instrumentation.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex electrical issues under pressure.
  • Effective communicator with strong teamwork and project coordination capabilities.
