Key Responsibilities:
- Perform reactive and pre-planned maintenance on-site (UCLH).
- Ensure optimum performance of all mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Handle modifications and installations as required.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and external suppliers.
- Engage effectively with clients and management.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- City & Guild Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
- 17th or 18th Edition
- Prior experience in a healthcare environment would be beneficial but not essential.
- Competence in report writing and handling paperwork.
Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Friday
- 8am - 5pm
