Client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engineer to join our Natural Gas Infrastructure Renewal team. This position plays a key role in supporting engineering projects related to natural gas distribution and infrastructure renewal. You will work alongside a dynamic team, handling engineering drawings (AutoCAD), administrative tasks, and liaising with project management and third-party contractors to ensure project success. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Engineering Drawings & Documentation: Produce engineering drawings and assist in preparing project packages, including procedures and other associated documentation using AutoCAD.

Project Coordination: Assist project management teams in organizing and supporting ongoing natural gas infrastructure renewal projects.

Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and construction crews, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.

Customer Support: Act as a liaison between internal teams and external contractors, addressing questions and concerns regarding project details.

Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and promptly.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or similar engineering discipline preferred).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating and reviewing engineering drawings.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to interact with both internal teams and external contractors.

Organization: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

Technical Writing: Ability to prepare clear and concise project documentation and procedures.


Preferred Skills:

Experience with engineering fluid systems, manufacturing, or welding is a plus.

Any additional AutoCAD experience or certifications are considered beneficial.
