A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline (Electrical Engineering preferred) with a focus in Radio Frequency, Electromagnetic Fields and Waves and/or Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC). One or more years of demonstrated experience in theoretical and practical aspects of research, development, test, engineering, or integration of military systems and with one or more of the following areas: E3; EMI/EMC testing; EMI problem investigation; Spectrum; EMI/EMC analysis and assessment; EMI Control and Mitigation; MATLAB programing; proficiency in use of RF equipment (spectrum analyzer, real-time spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope, network analyzer, etc.). Familiarity with EMI/EMC; E3 instructions, standards, policies and procedures; E3/EMI/EMC Testing; EMI problem investigation; Spectrum, EMC, or RADHAZ Certification; EMI/EMC analysis and assessment; EMI Control and Mitigation. Required Security Clearance: Must have a SECRET clearance. An interim clearance is acceptable.
