We're more than just an architecture and engineering firm-we're a launchpad for bold thinkers and problem-solvers. What began as a regional office in New Jersey has grown into a nationally recognized brand, delivering innovative solutions in architecture, MEP, structural engineering, forensics, and rehabilitation across the country.

Our rapid expansion is fueled by a culture of mentorship, opportunity, and specialized, meaningful work. From designing high-efficiency systems to investigating building failures and restoring aging infrastructure, our engineers go beyond the expected-and we invest deeply in the people who make that happen.

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • National Reach, Personal Growth: We're scaling fast and smart-and we're bringing our people with us. Custom growth paths are the norm, not the exception.

  • Mentorship Built In: You'll work with leaders who are genuinely invested in your development, not just your output.
  • Specialized, High-Impact Projects: Go beyond traditional electrical design-we tackle complex forensic investigations and building rehabilitation work you won't find at most firms.

  • Perform lighting design tasks including photometric calculations, fixture selection and layout, and scheduling

  • Collaborate with internal teams, architects, and clients to ensure scope, budget, and deadlines are met
  • Prepare, review, and revise technical drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Track project schedules and coordinate internal/external resources to keep everything on time
  • Work under the supervision of a Senior Electrical Engineer with growth and mentorship top of mind

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 1-5 years of professional experience in building electrical systems or MEP design
  • EIT certification preferred, or the willingness to pursue it
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit or other design software a plus)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A valid Driver's License (or ability to obtain one)
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

The Perks

  • Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses
  • 401(k) with match, full health/dental/vision insurance, generous PTO
  • Support for licensure, certifications, and continuing education
  • Clear pathways for advancement, with real stories of people rising through the ranks
  • Exciting projects across both traditional and forensic/recovery scopes
