Our client has a rich + 60-year history as a leading tier I manufacturing supplier to the aerospace industry around the world. They promote a healthy work-life balance, they have a flat organizational structure which allows for better communications, collaboration and easier decision making. They have a small company feel, even though they are a leader in their industry.
For this role, we're looking for someone who has a BSEE degree (MSEE preferred) and at least 5 years of experience designing power conversion products. To be successful in this role, you'll need to be familiar with DC to AC inverters, DC to DC converters, power regulation for battery systems, power distribution and control. Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus.
Salary range is $90 - 135k DOE. Remote work is not an option, but the company will provide relocation assistance to your choice of Wichita, KS or Southern California.
