The Role:
- Lead and manage your own team of I&E technicians
- Troubleshooting and resolve I&E and process control issues
- Develop, implement, and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across instrumentation and automation systems
- Monday - Friday role with occasional travel between sites (minimal travel)
The Person:
- Strong background in instrumentation and electrical systems (I&E)
- Hands-on experience with PLCs and SCADA systems
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and codes
- Previous leadership experience (preferred but not essential)
- Background in Chemical, Oil & Gas, Electrical, or Process Control environments
