Our election and democratic services are vital for community engagement and governance. We are seeking a dynamic Election and Democratic Services Manager to lead these functions.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Democracy & Governance, you will provide strategic leadership for NBBC's election and democratic services and oversee shared management with NWBC. You will also serve as Deputy Returning Officer for local and national elections.

You will manage a small, capable team and work with senior officers, Members, and residents. There is an optional opportunity to also serve as Deputy Monitoring Officer, with additional remuneration.

We seek a qualified AEA professional with extensive experience in delivering elections, managing resources, and providing leadership and advice across all levels. Experience in managing democratic support services is desirable.
