The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing legal advice to our clients on estate planning, probate, trust administration, and related tax issues. This role requires a deep understanding of estate administration and probate, with a proven track record of at least two years in the field.

Job Details

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Trust and Estates and Elder Law Attorney role should possess the following:

1. A Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and good standing.
3. 3-10 years of experience in trust and estate law, specifically in estate planning and administration.
4. Strong knowledge of tax laws related to estate planning and administration.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.
7. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other professionals.
8. High level of professionalism and adherence to legal and ethical standards.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
