EHS Analyst

Job Title: EHS Analyst (DOT/OSHA)
Contract Duration: 8+ Months
Pay rate: up to $29.20/hr
Location: Rochester, NY

Job Description
Part-time position - 10-12 hours/week
Support ongoing DOT and OSHA medical compliance efforts in NYS.
Support internal employees with:
1. Scheduling, tracking, and reporting on onsite medical exams, including.
DOT physicals, including needed submittals to DMV
Audiograms including all notifications to employees, supervisors, and managers
OSHA Respirator Fit Tests
Asbestos and Lead-related exams as needed
Creating the 2025 exam plan and schedule
2. Working with the client Third Party Administrator (Gregory and Howe) on the implementation of the client Drug and Alcohol Program and the DOT Commercial Drivers Program
Submit needed records for MVRs.
Support internal resources in making notifications and arrangements for on-site random drug testing.
Support DOT statistical reporting
