EHS Analyst

Job Title: EHS Analyst (DOT/OSHA)
Contract Duration: 8+ Months
Pay rate up to $29.85/hr
Work Type: Onsite
Location: Rochester, NY

Job Description
Support ongoing DOT and OSHA medical compliance efforts in NYS.
Support internal employee with:
Scheduling, tracking, and reporting on onsite medical exams, including.
DOT physicals, including needed submittals to DMV
Audiograms including all notifications to employees, supervisors, and managers
OSHA Respirator Fit Tests
Asbestos and lead-related exams as needed
Creating the 2025 exam plan and schedule

Skills:

Education:
Minimum HS diploma or GED required, prefer associate degree.
Required 3-5 years of clerical experience with a preference for past compliance and DOT experience
