Summary
Arcadis DPS has an immediate opening for an experienced US EHS Administrator to join our team. In this role you will assist in the continuous improvement of the Arcadis safety programs organization (digital platforms, document control, U.S. project management and more). In addition, you will assist in driving our safety culture through verbal and written communication.

This role will be in Chandler, AZ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monthly Construction Hours tracking - requesting, tracking, calculating monthly APM & Subcontractor hours. Calculate monthly, yearly, and rolling 12-month TRIR.
  • Incident Tracking - updating the incident tracking log as reported.
  • KPI tracking
  • Organize Prequalification files - organize within the SharePoint files, updates the spreadsheet database. Act as contact for BU procurement departments, sit in on meetings with procurement departments to collaborate on needs.
  • Highwire Admin - Point person for our Prequalification platform. Create projects, create user files, add users to projects, assign permissions, point person for technical issues.
  • Ordering PPE supplies
  • Designing and ordering stickers
  • Project Document Organization
  • Add Project numbers and dates to EHS forms for new projects. Maintain a copy in SharePoint and load templates to Procore.
  • SharePoint Admin - Create, edit, and organize US EHS SharePoin
  • Teams - Maintain EHS documents in Teams, which is linked to SharePoint.
  • ClickSafety Admin - Point person to register employees for OSHA trainings.
  • Training Matrix - Maintain training records and files
  • Create and format documents, proofread
  • Responsible for Expense Reporting for US EHS Director
  • Travel planning for US EHS Director
  • Monthly Meetings - gathering agenda items from US EHS Managers, updating the meeting PowerPoint, and creating meeting minutes
  • Timesheet approvals
Skills & Qualifications
  • 5 years' direct experience in related topics supporting large-scale construction projects. Ideally working for client, GC, or EPCM company
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Procore, Deltek, Highwire, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam.
  • Communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with people at all levels within the organization, client and project partners.
  • This position is hybrid with some time in an office.

  • Ability to work outside regular business hours as required.
  • Local candidates preferred. Ability to provide valid work authorization for US employment required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
