Healthcare Systems Architect to add to our
Information Technology Department.

WHAT WE DO The Information Technology Department provides support to ReDiscover employees and is focused on providing customer service to our employees and clients via telecommunications, system connections, and Electronic Health Record (EHR) workflow development, optimization, and technical support.
At ReDiscover, while every day is different, a typical day may include the following roles and responsibilities: - Focusingon creating and maintaining SQL reports, while also supporting business intelligence efforts using iCentrix (Power BI) and dashboard development tools.
- Providing hands-on support in implementing cost-effective technology projects that meet the organization's current and future information needs.
- Providing software and application improvement and optimization to support the EHR system and related products.
- Ensuring systems have proper controls and safeguards for protected health information by performing quality control, release note review, and standard data validation practices.
- Evaluating requests for system modifications and enhancements, and tests before moving into production.
- Participating in EHR User Groups to learn more about the product and stay up-to-date with changes.
- Creating, updating, and developing business tools and applications for use across the company, including internet platforms and tool development.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of end-user training and supporting documentation.
We are focused on your development and will spend time helping you continue to grow as a Healthcare Systems Data Architect. However, here are some things that you will need before starting with ReDiscover:
- Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Technologies, or equivalent discipline is preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of similar position-related experience required.
- Knowledge of systems design and implementation in a healthcare environment is required.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI,Pentaho, and direct experience building reports.
- Advanced computer knowledge, ability to diagnose and troubleshoot software configuration, data interfaces (such as EDI, API, etc ), and technology systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with a recovery focus
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as G-Suite
