Educational Psychologist - Make a Meaningful Impact in an Island Setting

What's on Offer for Educational Psychologists:

  • A unique opportunity to relocate to a beautiful island known for its scenic charm and friendly, close-knit community.

  • Excellent daily rate of 600 - among the top in the sector for locum roles.

  • Be part of a collaborative and supportive Educational Psychology Service (EPS) team, working within a compact area that keeps travel time to a minimum.

  • Generous relocation allowance to help you make the move smoothly.

We're partnering with a highly respected organisation that's dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of children and young people - all while offering you the chance to live and work on a stunning island. This is more than just a job - it's a chance to grow your career in a truly inspiring location.

Your Role as an Educational Psychologist:

  • Deliver high-quality psychological support to children, with a focus on traditional educational psychology approaches that go beyond EHC assessments.

  • Work closely with schools and educators to introduce practical, community-focused psychological strategies that support each child's growth.

  • Help shape and track the effectiveness of Individual Education Plans (IEPs), promoting well-being and academic success.

What We're Looking For:

  • HCPC-registered Educational Psychologist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience supporting both primary and secondary-aged pupils.

  • A solid understanding of psychological interventions and assessments, particularly for children facing Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

If this sounds like the right fit for you - or if you know someone who might be interested - feel free to reach out. I'd love to talk through the options and help find the best path forward for you or someone you know.
