About the Role In the role of Educational Administration Assistant, you will oversee various school operations including financial planning, community engagement, staff recruitment, and teacher development. This position is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in the administrative aspects of our school while fostering a strong community and supporting teacher growth to enhance our educational practices.

What We Are Looking For - Bachelor's degree with a focus in Child Development or a related field
- At least one year of experience in a school leadership position
- Three years of previous teaching experience
- Strong understanding of state education and licensing standards along with the ability to maintain requisite credentials
- Comprehensive knowledge of instructional programs, extracurricular activities, and methods to uphold a safe and structured school environment
- Experience managing school operations, which may include building maintenance, program evaluation, employee engagement, office functions, and emergency procedures, is highly preferred
