As the
Education Manager
, you will be the driving force behind the development, execution, and continuous improvement of all educational and professional development programs. This is a high-impact leadership role where your ability to identify emerging trends, engage stakeholders, and develop scalable learning solutions will shape the future of our member experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and lead a future-focused education strategy aligned with organizational goals and member needs.
- Build a portfolio of high-quality learning experiences-including virtual, in-person, hybrid, and asynchronous offerings.
- Manage continuing education and certification programs.
- Cultivate partnerships with subject matter experts, vendors, and volunteer leaders.
- Oversee the education budget, identify new revenue opportunities, and optimize program performance.
- Ensure member satisfaction and engagement by delivering outstanding customer service and learner support.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in adult education, learning strategy, or professional development-preferably within a membership association or nonprofit setting.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of launching new programs or initiatives and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and technology-enabled learning.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to deliver top-tier customer service and build long-term member relationships.
- Experience with LMS platforms and data-driven program evaluation.
