We are seeking a forward-thinkingEducation Managerto lead our educational strategy. This position may be elevated to a Director-level role for a candidate with proven leadership experience.

The Opportunity

As the

Education Manager

, you will be the driving force behind the development, execution, and continuous improvement of all educational and professional development programs. This is a high-impact leadership role where your ability to identify emerging trends, engage stakeholders, and develop scalable learning solutions will shape the future of our member experience.

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, someone who sees opportunities where others see obstacles and who is eager to innovate, experiment, and grow both programs and revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead a future-focused education strategy aligned with organizational goals and member needs.
  • Build a portfolio of high-quality learning experiences-including virtual, in-person, hybrid, and asynchronous offerings.
  • Manage continuing education and certification programs.
  • Cultivate partnerships with subject matter experts, vendors, and volunteer leaders.
  • Oversee the education budget, identify new revenue opportunities, and optimize program performance.
  • Ensure member satisfaction and engagement by delivering outstanding customer service and learner support.

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in adult education, learning strategy, or professional development-preferably within a membership association or nonprofit setting.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of launching new programs or initiatives and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and technology-enabled learning.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver top-tier customer service and build long-term member relationships.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and data-driven program evaluation.
