Join our mission to advocate for children and families in Collier County. We're looking for a Staff Attorney to be part of our Children's Unit, focusing on ensuring access to education for children with learning differences.

With more than 30 employees, we address a broad range of civil legal issues that impact health, safety, and self-sufficiency.

Through education, effective litigation, and collaboration, we work tirelessly to expand access to justice, identify community needs, and challenge systems, laws, and policies that adversely affect the underserved.
What You'll Do:
- Represent clients and provide legal services to support children's education rights.
- Assist families with Individual Education Plans (IEPs), 504 plans, and related education laws.
- Conduct outreach and deliver community education presentations.
- Work on impactful special projects advocating for systemic change.
What We're Looking For:
- Florida Bar membership (preferred 1-3 years of experience).
- Knowledge of IEPs, 504 plans, and Florida education laws.
- Experience working with low-income or marginalized communities (preferred).
- Strong public speaking, writing, and organizational skills.
- Bonus: Bilingual abilities.
