Community Child Care Center (CCCC) is now hiring for the position of Education/Disability/Mental Health Manager (EdM) for our local Head Start and ECEAP Preschool Programs. This position oversees the development and implementation of the preschool program curriculum and classroom environments, while ensuring compliance with Head Start and ECEAP performance standards and regulations.
The EdM is key to CCCC's Leadership Team, working within and contributing to the operational system, program development, continuous improvement, and special projects. This position directly supervises 4 Lead Teachers and 1 Administrative Assistant. The EdM also spearheads WA State Childcare Licensing, Early Achievers, and the National Accreditation Commission (NAC) for Early Care and Education Programs.
The office for this position is located at the CCCC Greyhound Way Location in Pullman, WA. This position offers flexibility, autonomy, a team approach, and is supported by professional consultants.
