Amentum is seeking a Program Manager to support our U.S. Department of Energy and Counterintelligence (DOE-IN) contract. Positions will be based in Washington, D.C. With options of other locations such as West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Newport News, VA. Responsibilities Serves as Editor, specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responsible for editorial oversight of all CI Analytical production. Reads analytical products for editorial review. Tracks the publication peer review process. Supports classified and unclassified dissemination. Supports the Program Web Page and program administrative records for analyzing workflow and efficiency. Requirements Must possess a current Department of Energy Q security clearance and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in such fields as English, journalism, history/ social sciences, communications, or media design. Five (5) years of experience and a mastery of editorial and publishing techniques, a working knowledge of typography, layout, and design theory and requirements to format publications, integrate text and graphics, and a comprehensive computer literacy in the use of Microsoft Office applications and other types of publishing associated software to process and produce a wide range of documents, including assessments, graphs, and charts, that enhance quality and content of reports and visual presentations. Individual must have proven experience in writing and editing documents, excellent grammar, and strong skills in report writing. Knowledge of problem-solving processes and techniques; statistical analysis interpretation and idea generation techniques (e.g., brainstorming); and research techniques (e.g., data query, library/file search, on-line research) is desired.
