Staffing Coordinator For prominent law firm. This role can be mostly remote but candidates must live within commuting distance to the Northern Virginia office. This role is responsible for staffing lawyers on document review projects and legal review professionals. In addition to the recruiting responsibilities, this role is also responsible for onboarding, offer management, billing oversight, ongoing performance checks and working closely with firm leadership regarding HR policies, compliance, legal and conflicts requirements. Ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience recruiting contract attorneys in a high volume staffing environment. Recruiting experience with eDiscovery projects and HR experience. Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, applicant tracking systems, excel and PowerPoint, outlook calendars, teams meetings. Knowledge of various sourcing tools and techniques. Familiarity with eDiscovery lifecycle and roles and responsibilities with each phase. Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency in recruiting and relationship building in applicant pipelines/bench. Salary 75k 90k depending on experience.
