Job Title: eDiscovery Litigation Analyst
Location: Hybrid Schedule (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite) in Michigan or Illinois
Job Description: Are you passionate about legal technology and litigation support? LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks an experienced eDiscovery Litigation Analyst to join our client's dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise with cutting-edge eDiscovery tools and techniques, providing crucial support in complex litigation matters.
Primary Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee eDiscovery, including data collection, processing, review, production, etc.
- Collaborate with legal teams to develop and implement eDiscovery strategies.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of electronic data to identify relevant information for litigation cases.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the eDiscovery process.
- Provide technical support and training to legal staff on eDiscovery tools and best practices.
Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in eDiscovery and litigation support.
- Certified or expert knowledge in eDiscovery software and litigation tools is required (e.g., Relativity, Nuix, LAW PreDiscovery, DT Search syntax, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access required), Windows, CaseMap, TextMap, TimeMap, Trial Director, TrialPad, video/audio editing software, etc.).
- Strong understanding of legal processes and regulations related to eDiscovery.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
