BASE PAY RATE: $100,000 - $110,000
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT The
EDI Analyst is responsible for managing, analyzing, troubleshooting, and optimizing EDI systems to ensure efficient, secure and accurate data transmission. This role reports to the Director, Enterprise Integrations and is the primary EDI Analyst for the organization. Position is available as hybrid or remote.
WHAT YOU WILL DO - Leads the planning and creation of computer programs and EDI systems to meet the business's needs, including customization and configuration systems that process transactions or using code to design applications.
- Analyzes and assesses the technical needs of the organization and customers to identify trends and issues.
- Implements test systems and makes adjustments as needed.
- Monitors conformance of inbound and outbound electronic transactions and ensures systems are working properly.
- Researches applicable regulations and guidance.
- Collaborates with trading partners, internal users and vendors to send and receive EDI transactions, validate data and resolve issues.
- Actively manages backlog of development and support tasks, working with management and internal stakeholders to continually prioritize efforts and record actual times spent on tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ ABILITIES
- Ability to handle sensitive matters and information with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask, remain organized and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines
- Self-motivated team player, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot focus of responsibilities in a smooth and efficient manner

- The ability to communicate (listening, writing and verbal) across all levels of an organization efficiently and effectively.
- Knowledge of Federal and State Human Resource related laws and regulations.
- Must be comfortable with conflict resolution.
- Experience with SAP ERP EDI implementations preferred
- Experience with GXS EDI business network cloud preferred
- Proficient with FTP/SFTP file exchange
- Proficient in TEAMs, Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point required
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field preferred.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience working with EDI files and previous EDI analyst experience.
- Deep analytical skills.
- Proven success to effectively communicate (listening, writing and verbal) across all levels of an organization.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office and learning new systems/technology with understanding some work is processed manually.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This job operates in a professional office environment. Largely a sedentary role with some filing requiring the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary. The ability to sit or stand for long periods through meetings and while operating office equipment, PC's, laptop, telephone will be required.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; drive, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
During events, the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time (5 hours plus) is required. The ability to communicate with customers and colleagues using the following but not limited to radio, walkie talkie, text message and email is required. The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and manipulate equipment that is a minimum of 30 lbs. is required.
