Job Description:

Responsible for working on a cross-functional team to support the development, testing, and deployment of our new revenue management system. The Senior EDI Analyst will also lead/support key initiatives, customer onboarding and identify key process improvements and deploy solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This section contains a list of five to eight primary responsibilities of the work. The incumbent will perform other duties as assigned.

Lead and/or support the development of key EDI initiatives

Identify and implement key process improvements and technical skill development opportunities.

Ensure data standards are HIPAA, DSCSA and industry compliant and adhere to our privacy and security policies.

Collaborate with IT business partners, suppliers, and customers on key business initiatives and projects, and liaising with key stakeholders.


Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. List knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

Strong understanding of healthcard data exchange and compliance with regulations such as DSCSA, HIPAA, and GS1 and EDI languages such as: ANSI X12, XML/UBL, HTML.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues

Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and complete documentation

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience.

Minimum 5-7 years experience in EDI, with a minimum of 1 year of customer service/customer facing experience

Strong knowledge of EDI standards, such as ANSI X12, XML/UBL, and HTML

Experience with EDI software and EDI mapping tools


  • Monitor new trading partner testing
  • Board new trading partners for GHX
  • Maintain flow of transactions with trading partners
  • Managing communication with trading partners
  • Interact as needed with trading partners
  • Ensure clear communications between trading partners
  • Setting up new trading and transportation partners, testing new/existing trading partner data maps and monitoring communication system status
  • Maintain new request from existing trading partners
  • Maintaining strong relationships with trading partners
  • Ensure all transactions are provided to the trading partners
  • Coordinate changes to existing trading partner transactions and the implementation of transactional interfaces with new trading partners
  • Serve as the primary contact for data-trading partners
  • Implement, test and support trading partner relationships
  • Resolve daily mapping and EDI issues with trading partners
  • Implement additional capabilities with existing trading partners
  • Monitor all electronic business processes
  • Work with trading partners to resolve any operational issues
  • Analyze data, transmission, and mapping errors
  • Execute processes with trading partners
  • Manage a scalable solution to easily add new trading partners
