Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking an EDI Analyst to join their team. As an EDI Analyst, you will be part of the integration team supporting various technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and effective presentation skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: EDI Analyst

Location: Boston, Massachusetts

What's the Job?
  • Document and maintain integration documentation and process flows for implementation.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors and agency cross-functional SMEs to support implementation, testing, triage, and issue resolution.
  • Serve as an EDI implementation SME and flag any risks and remediation steps to the project management team.
  • Facilitate and perform integration testing with multiple upstream and downstream parties, including planning, environment management, issue tracking, and resolution.
  • Work with cross-functional project leads to address project issues and mitigate risk.
What's Needed?
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of integration implementation experience including EDI.
  • Former local, state, or federal government experience preferred.
  • Experience with State Based Marketplaces and Health Insurance Carriers preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office 365, Excel, and Visio.
