We are looking for individuals who are available to work a flexible workweek which would include night and weekend coverage.
Shifts Available:
- Night Schedule: 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. 4 Nights on / 4 Nights off on
- Weekend Schedule: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (Saturday, Sunday, and 2 Varying Days during the week from 5:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.)
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service support to drivers during extended coverage shifts, using available resources and critical thinking to solve escalated issues.
- Accurate data entry into company computer systems.
- Escalates and/or resolves problems per guidelines using available tools and resources.
- Works with team members to solve problems.
- Provides clear work instructions to drivers.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient communicator in both English and Spanish language (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, or listen.
