Job Title: E-Commerce IT Specialist

Location: Wynwood, Miami, FL Type: Full-Time Compensation: $60k-$80k/yr

Responsibilities

Innovate and Recommend Solutions: Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce technologies and recommend IT tools and integrations, focusing on platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce, to keep the business ahead of the curve.

Optimize Systems: Maintain and troubleshoot essential business tools, including CRMs, inventory management systems, and custom scripts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Enhance Website and Apps: Develop and implement custom features to improve user experience and functionality, leveraging HTML, JavaScript, Liquid, React, and related technologies.

Shopify Expertise: Test, evaluate, and integrate third-party Shopify apps, ensuring they deliver value and align with business needs.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure IT systems meet operational needs and support efficient workflows.

Technical Support: Act as the primary IT point of contact for internal teams and external partners, providing guidance and technical expertise to help achieve business goals.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Shopify, including a deep understanding of its ecosystem, features, and limitations.

Proficiency in web development tools such as HTML, JavaScript, Liquid, and React.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying innovative IT solutions.

Experience managing CRMs, inventory systems, or custom scripts.

Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and with external partners.

Passion for e-commerce and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.
