Position Summary

The Ecommerce Website Administrator is responsible for managing the online store's day-to-day activities, product set up and maintenance, enabling content and promotions, onboarding vendors, maintaining inventory levels, and implementing digital merchandising strategies to influence sales.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversees set up and maintenance for products and services available online
  • Implements content and asset updates on the website
  • Administers online pricing and promotions
  • Manages the vendor onboarding process, requests POs, submits and approves invoices
  • Assists development team by recommending enhancements, determining requirements, and user testing
Position Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 to 2 years of related work experience
  • Experience using ecommerce applications
  • Working knowledge of online content management systems
  • Excellent customer service and project management skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a flexible, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
Preferred Requirements
  • Magento experience
  • Website analytics experience (Adobe preferred)
  • Some HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Health and wellness industry experience
  • Experience working with Email, affiliate, and social media marketing
Pay This is an hourly position with wages starting at $23.50 and pays up to $31.75, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits All team members receive the following benefits while working for Life Time:
