E-Commerce Product Upload Specialist Lumenier is a fast-growing company, a pioneer manufacturer of cutting-edge drone technology, delivering unparalleled aerial solutions for all applications. We're looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven E-commerce Product Upload Specialist to join our growing team and help to drive serious performance results by optimizing our product catalog, streamline the customer journey from search to sale across various platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities Copy Writing - Creating accurate product descriptions formatted for our websites and marketing platforms.
- Ensuring correct product title formatting.
Product Page Publishing - Creating and publishing new product pages. Ensuring descriptions, attributes, pricing, and all other information is filled in correctly.
- Tracking new product creation through boards and reaching a team goal of 1,500 + new products per year.
- Reviewing pages and documents, checking for accuracy and correct formatting.
- Updating copy as needed while maintaining product listings.
- Building product description templates for page builder.
- Verifying that products match what we are publishing.
- Entering weight and dimensions for their products.
Product Photography - Shooting product photography and editing photos for web use and marketing materials.
- Editing manufacturers photos to meet our quality standards.
Marketing - Attending marketing meetings and utilizing for task flow communication.
- Providing copy and photos for social media and marketing material.
- Collaborating with team members on campaign launches.
- Maintaining brand voice and guidelines.
Qualifications - 2 years of experience in an e-commerce, merchandising, or digital marketing role.
- Proficiency with programs including Photoshop, RAW Editor, Canva, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, BMS, Magento, and
- Team player with great communication skills
- Digital photo editing (Photoshop, RAW)
- Photography, professional camera use
Copy writing and editing proficiency.
Marketing flow experience

Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
General Physical Demands: Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for prolonged periods (6-8 hours per day). Occasionally required to stand, walk, or move around the office and production areas. Ability to lift and carry office supplies, files, or reports, typically up to 15-25 pounds. Occasionally required to reach overhead, bend, or stoop to access files or office equipment. Frequent use of hands for typing, data entry, and handling documents. May need to walk through or inspect areas of the manufacturing floor, requiring proper safety precautions.
