Are you an Amazon pro with a knack for execution and a passion for growth? Our client is looking for a National Account Manager to lead backend operations for Amazon 1P. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to get things done.
What You'll Own:
️ Day-to-day Amazon 1P ops: Vendor Central, item setup, PDP optimization, content & catalog troubleshooting
️ Launch execution: end-to-end item setup, variant management, go-live accuracy
️ Retail media alignment: ROAS, NTB%, CTR, conversion tracking
️ Supply coordination: inventory planning, shipment flow, logistics
️ Financial follow-through: ASP, Buy Box, chargebacks, and margin performance
️ Stakeholder collaboration: Work cross-functionally with media, finance, supply chain & Amazon contacts
What You Bring:
3-5+ years managing Amazon 1P (or deep 3P experience)
Strong executional expertise: Vendor Central, Brand Registry, AVNs, cost increases, media agency coordination
Comfortable owning the Amazon ecosystem from setup to strategy
Bonus if you've got CPG or food/snacks experience and media campaign exposure
Nice to Have:
Amazon advertising/media budget experience
Broker/agency or cross-border Amazon experience
Familiarity with AMC or retail media reporting
