Compensation Range: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 Annually

• LIFE-WORK balance ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Ecommerce Project Manager will work closely with the Ecommerce Director and Development Lead to prioritize and plan ecommerce projects, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with business objectives. This role requires expertise in Agile project management methodologies, experience using Jira, and a strong understanding of ecommerce development processes. The ideal candidate will have some Shopify development experience and a proven track record of managing and coordinating multiple remote developers.
As the team continues to grow, this role will oversee a larger group of developers, expanding from the current development team to include multiple additional remote developers. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to ensure seamless collaboration across a distributed team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Project Prioritization - Collaborate with the Development Lead and stakeholders to evaluate, prioritize, and schedule ecommerce projects based on business needs and available resources.
• Agile Management - Implement and oversee Agile project management practices to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ecommerce solutions.
• Jira Administration - Maintain and optimize the Jira platform for project tracking, ensuring clear visibility into project status, milestones, and dependencies.
• Stakeholder Communication - Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, providing updates, gathering requirements, and managing expectations.
• Shopify Collaboration - Support the Development Lead with Shopify-related projects, providing technical insights and ensuring best practices are followed.
• Remote Team Coordination - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with an expanding team of remote developers to ensure project goals are met.
• Risk Management - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects remain on track.
• Performance Tracking - Monitor project progress, analyze outcomes, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders with recommendations for improvements. WHAT YOU WILL BRING/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies and tools, particularly Jira.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional and remote teams.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and manage project risks proactively.
• Familiarity with ecommerce best practices and trends.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or 3 years of experience as a project manager with a focus on Agile methodologies.
• 3-5 years of experience with Agile.
• Certification in Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of web development including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Shopify and managing remote teams is preferred. CORE COMPETENCIES:
